Last Updated: March 18, 2026 HR Interactives ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Decipher: Word Puzzle mobile game (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the App, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

When you use the App, we and our service providers may collect limited information needed to operate the game, deliver ads, process purchases, and improve performance. This may include: Device and Technical Information: device model, operating system, language, app version, approximate region, IP address, and identifiers used by advertising or platform services. Usage Information: gameplay activity, session length, puzzle progress, ad interactions, crash data, and general engagement metrics. Purchase Status: confirmation that you purchased the in-app option to remove ads, along with store transaction or receipt information needed to validate and restore that purchase. Local Game Data: puzzle completion and gameplay progress stored on your device. We do not directly collect your credit card number or other full payment information. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

We use the information described above to: Provide and maintain the App Save and restore gameplay progress where applicable Serve and manage advertising through Unity LevelPlay and its mediation partners Honor and restore the in-app purchase that removes ads Monitor stability, prevent abuse, and improve gameplay quality Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

The App uses the Unity LevelPlay SDK to display advertisements, unless you purchase the in-app option that removes ads. Advertising providers may use device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, and optimize ads. On iOS, tracking-related data access may depend on Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission flow. If you deny tracking, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant. You can also limit personalized ads through your device settings: iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking Android: Settings > Google > Ads

Decipher: Word Puzzle offers an in-app purchase to remove ads. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, depending on your platform. We may receive limited transaction data, such as receipt validation status or purchase confirmation, so the App can unlock and restore the ad-free experience. We do not directly store your payment card details.

Gameplay progress stored locally remains on your device until you remove the App or clear the data. Purchase status may be retained as long as needed to restore your ad-removal purchase. Advertising and technical data retention is governed in part by the retention practices of our third-party service providers.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will review the request.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information processed in connection with the App, but no system is completely secure. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
