Zip Zap Zoop may collect or store the following information: Account information: a sign-in identifier created through Firebase Authentication or platform login services. Player profile information: player name, hints, level progress, completed levels, achievements, daily streaks, puzzle results, leaderboard entries, and settings related to gameplay. Gameplay and performance data: level completion, completion time, hints used, accuracy, mistakes, retries, daily puzzle participation, and leaderboard ranking. Analytics data: app opens, level completions, hint usage, purchases, and other gameplay events used to understand and improve the game. Purchase information: in-app purchase product identifiers and purchase status. Payment details are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play and are not collected by us. Advertising data: if ads are enabled, ad networks may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, and related technical data to serve, limit, measure, or personalize ads depending on user consent and platform settings. Technical data: device type, operating system, app version, diagnostics, crash or error information, and network-related identifiers that may be processed by third-party services.

We use information to: Create and manage your game profile. Save and sync progress across sessions or devices. Show levels, daily puzzles, achievements, streaks, rewards, and leaderboards. Process hint rewards and in-app purchases. Provide optional rewarded ads or banner ads. Improve gameplay, difficulty balance, stability, and onboarding. Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and protect leaderboard integrity. Comply with legal, platform, and store requirements.

Zip Zap Zoop may use third-party services that collect or process information under their own policies: Firebase Authentication for login and user identity. Firebase Realtime Database for cloud progress, daily puzzle data, leaderboard data, achievements, and player profile data. Firebase Analytics for app and gameplay analytics. Apple App Store / Google Play Billing for in-app purchases. Google AdMob for banner ads and rewarded ads, if ads are enabled. Apple Game Center / Google Play Games Services, if platform leaderboard or sign-in features are enabled. If you participate in leaderboards, your player name, rank, completion time, and eligible puzzle result may be visible to other players. We do not intentionally show your email address or payment information on leaderboards. Leaderboard entries may exclude results where hints were used, depending on the game mode.

The game stores daily puzzle completion, streak progress, achievements, pending rewards, claimed rewards, hints, and level result statistics so that your progress can be restored and synced.

Zip Zap Zoop is designed to avoid forced ads. Ads, if enabled, may include banner ads and rewarded ads that players choose to watch. Where required by law or platform policy, we will request consent before using personal data for personalized advertising. You may be able to control ad personalization through device settings, platform settings, or an in-app consent prompt if available.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive purchase status and product identifiers so we can grant purchased items, such as hints or remove-ads benefits. We do not receive your full payment card details.

We use Firebase and platform services to store and process game data. We take reasonable steps to protect player data, including using authenticated database rules where applicable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep gameplay and account data for as long as needed to provide the game, maintain progress, support leaderboards, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect against abuse. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal game data where reasonably possible, unless retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, security, or accounting reasons.

Zip Zap Zoop is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law for consent to data processing. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
